Alisha Haugen
Owner/ Hair Stylist/ Lash & Brow Artist
Alisha completed studies at the Dallas Aveda Institute in 2012. She honed her skills as a stylist during her apprenticeship at Pure Salon, an Aveda salon in Irving, Texas. In 2015, she established her own salon, "Hair by Alisha Bre." In 2023, she earned a certification in lash extensions with "Zee Lashes" and launched "Alisha's Lashes & Hair." She also carries Brazilian Blowout and Dream Catchers Hair Extensions certifications. After 13 years in the industry, she has now opened her salon alongside her best friend.
Lexi Boyer
Salon Manager/ Co-Owner/ Structured Gel Nail Specialist
Upon graduating in 2021, Lexi obtained a cosmetology license from the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center and graduated from Beaver Local High School in East Liverpool, Ohio. Since the summer of 2021, Lexi has been actively engaged in the industry as a nail technician, specializing in structured nail applications. Her services are exclusively focused on nail care, utilizing Light Elegance hard gel products. She has now her own salon with her business partner and friend, Alisha.

Isabella Waugh
Nail Tech/ Hair Stylist
Isabella is 18 years old and has been licensed for one year with many more to come. She loves doing hair and structured hard gel nails. Her passion and goals are to make everyone feel beautiful and special by the time they leave her chair.
If she's not in the salon, she's usually at a hockey game, with her friends, at the gym, or spending time with her pup. She loves to travel and find new coffee shops. Even outside of the salon, she's always thinking about her clients and how much she loves getting to do what she does. She gets to express her creativity alongside her clients and truly connect with them. Even a small boost in confidence is huge in her eyes.

Madelyn Lowther
Advanced Esthetician
Madelyn is a licensed advanced esthetician specializing in skincare and lash services. She's passionate about skincare ingredients and cosmetic chemistry, which helps her create customized treatments that truly target each client’s unique concerns. Her goal is to combine results-driven facials with beautifully enhanced lashes so her clients leave feeling confident, refreshed, and glowing inside and out!

Kylee Lipps
Advanced Esthetician
Kylee is 19 years old and a licensed advanced esthetician. She found a love for skin care over the years, and enjoys making people feel confident about their skin, and themselves. She enjoys doing facials, waxing, lash lift and tints, and would love to see you on her treatment table! When she's not in the salon, she loves reading and writing on a nice sunny day and playing with her kitten. She loves doing nice self care days for herself and taking time to relax and decompress from stressful weeks or days. She's very excited to show everyone her passion for skin care, and can’t wait to meet everyone. She hopes to see you in her books soon!
